The final stage of the “Innovative Ideas-2024” competition was held.

Based on the order of the Chairman of the Board of “Uzbekistan Railways” JSC Z.G.Narzullayev No. N-572 “On holding the Innovative Ideas-2024” competition, the final stage of the competition among young specialists from departments, enterprises, organizations, joint-stock companies and institutions under the jurisdiction of the railway transport network was held under the leadership of the Board.

The winner of the competition in the INDUSTRY nomination was the project of the head of the metallurgy and modeling department of JSC "Foundry Mechanical Factory" R.V. Zakirov on the processing of waste and slag remaining after metal casting, which awarded 1st place.

The project of the Leading Specialist of the Metallurgy and Modeling Department O.Sh. Nuriddinov "Processing metal in a 6-ton ladle, cleaning it from iodine elements and impurities in the metal (degassing, improving the refining process) to improve the mechanical and physicochemical characteristics of the finished cast product due to the modernization of the "stopper ladle" technology in the process of producing large freight car castings "Side frame" and "Truck bolster"" was recognized as worthy of 2nd place.
